CODEX is a platform for collaborative, secure management of documents and work orders in regulated environments. Each file is encrypted with a unique key, viewable in the browser without download, to ensure confidentiality and full control together with data-diode and cross-domain systems.
The goal is to ensure integrity, confidentiality and operational continuity, protecting the organization from attacks, interception and cyber fraud.
Profiled access and encrypted communications
Based on the "Need to Know" principle, CODEX assigns granular permissions on documents, emails and tasks. It integrates a secure internal messaging system and supports certified external communications, protecting the organization from interception and cyberattacks.
Domain isolation and permanent traceability
Thanks to integration with physical data diodes, CODEX enables secure one-way transfer from LOW to RED environments. Every operation is logged in ADDONLY mode, preventing changes or deletions and ensuring a complete, tamper-proof audit trail.
